AI agents are software systems that complete a task on their own: they plan the steps, use your tools — CRM, e-mail, calendar — and check their own output, instead of just answering a single prompt. Unlike a chatbot, an agent handles a whole workflow, not just one question.
An orchestrator breaks the task down and delegates to specialist agents; they draw on a shared company brain and work step by step. An eval loop checks each result against clear criteria before it moves on — producing reliable work instead of one-off drafts.
A focused 15-minute call with the people who run your operations. You walk us through how the work flows today; we name the one or two workflows with the highest agent leverage and give you a straight answer on whether they are worth building — including when the answer is 'not yet'. If it is a fit, we scope a full build from there.
Two to four weeks for the first closed agent, including its eval loop. The company brain ingestion starts in week one and runs in parallel. We ship one working agent early instead of presenting a roadmap for months.
Yes — that is the point. Agents connect to the systems you already run: CRM, e-mail, calendars, ticketing, spreadsheets, internal APIs. We do not replace your stack; we put operators on top of it.
EU hosting where required, data processing agreements as standard, and a clear ingestion policy: the company brain stores only what you approve, with per-agent access scopes. We are a German company; GDPR is not an afterthought here.
Your choice. We hand over documented systems your team can own, or we run them for you on a monthly retainer that includes eval monitoring, prompt updates and model migrations. Most clients start with the retainer and take over within a year.
